Steve Chirhart

Steve specializes in sales and leasing activities representing clients throughout the Twin Cities, Nationally and Internationally through his SIOR and Exis Global connections. Steve and his TaTonka partners serve exclusively as advisors to tenants and buyers of commercial real estate. His areas of specialization include office, industrial, build-to-suit, investment, land, medical and retail transactions.

Steve began his commercial real estate career in 1985. He is widely respected throughout the industry for his dedication to client service and results. He frequently participates in real estate related programs as a speaker, moderator, or educator and has served as the local President for both the Commercial Board of Realtors and MN Chapter of SIOR. Steve holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation as an active member and is also currently a member with the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

Steve enjoys music, golf, fishing and family time at the cabin in Wisconsin with his wife Sue and their three children. His interest in people and affinity for numbers and details serve him well as an advisor to his clients.
