Tim specializes in Sales and Leasing activities within both the Minneapolis Central Business District and Suburban markets. He is dedicated to providing excellent service and is an asset to his clients serving office, medical, industrial, investment and land requirements. Tim’s determination and drive have earned him the respect of both clients and his peers. With more than 12 years of experience negotiating real estate transactions, his experience gives added value to his clients along with his vast market knowledge.

He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a B.S. degree in marketing. He is active in the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) as well as the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Tim is an avid golfer, and enjoys traveling and the outdoors with his wife Kerry and their two sons.
