Bruce is a sales and leasing specialist providing buyer and tenant representation services to clients throughout the Twin Cities. Bruce is dedicated to providing excellent service, always acting as an advocate for his clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.

With over twenty seven years experience as a sales and marketing executive and management consultant, Bruce understands the value of a well defined and executed real estate strategy. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Bruce was the Vice President / General Manager of a division of Select Comfort and a management consultant for over twenty years serving both large (Fortune 100) and small clients in diverse industries. Bruce serves his clients with excellence by drawing on this deep experience to effectively analyze client real estate needs and provide creative and financially beneficial solutions, ensuring that their real estate is a strategic asset to their business.

Bruce is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and The Forge Alliance (an alliance of trusted advisors that focus on bringing knowledge, services and leading edge solutions to manufacturers and distributors). Bruce also serves on the Board of Directors of Totino Grace High School in Fridley. Bruce lives in Shoreview with his wife and daughter and enjoys golf, travel, boating, snowmobiling, motorcycling, mountain climbing, and reading.
